Cancellation and Refund Policy

• We accept cancellation request, if user has not used that particular service for consultation. As a admin we are creating different services with different prices and at that time we define like user can re-use this service or not. We are providing cancel option against only re-use services. We will convert that cancel service request amount as a Medi Coin and user will able to use that Medi Coin in future service purchase.
• If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such request. These types of account will be denied access from the use of site or purchase of service in the future.
